Exchange Policy

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. However, if you receive an item that is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Our team will guide you through the return process to our address in Pakistan.
Please note that all shipping and customs fees related to the return will be the customer’s responsibility.
Once the item is received and inspected, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, at our sole discretion.
Generally, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except for verified defects or exceptional cases.

Pricing and Content Information

We strive to ensure that all pricing and content details on our website are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.
Ramsha Sami reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order placed for products listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate information. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions or cancel the order if necessary.

Order Acceptance

Your order may be subject to additional verification before it is accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to limited stock availability, inaccurate pricing or product information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention systems.
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the destination and the total weight of the package.
Please note that duties and taxes are not included in the listed product prices. These charges are payable by the customer directly to the courier company upon delivery.

Delivery Timelines

While Ramsha Sami strives to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may vary depending on production schedules and courier efficiency.
Once your order has been dispatched, delays caused by third-party courier services are beyond our control.
If you experience issues after dispatch, please contact the courier directly with your tracking details.
Since many of our items are made to order, minor delays may occur, and customers will be notified of any significant changes to the expected delivery date.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country.
These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, and cross-border shipments may be inspected by customs authorities.

Care Instructions

Each Ramsha Sami piece is carefully crafted and should be dry-cleaned only.
To maintain the longevity and quality of your garment, please adhere to the care instructions provided.
Damage resulting from hand washing, machine washing, or improper care will not be covered under our return or exchange policy.
We are not liable for any deterioration, shrinkage, or alteration due to cleaning methods other than professional dry cleaning.
