Return & Exchange Policy

At Ramsha Sami, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of each piece. Every garment is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise, and we aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.

Eligibility for Exchange or Return

  • Defective or Incorrect Items:
    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Requests made after 48 hours or for items showing signs of wear will not be eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and design integrity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Accessories (such as scarves, belts, or jewelry)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or cleaning

Process for Reporting an Issue

  1. Contact Us:
    Email ramshasamiofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, product details, and clear photos of the defect or issue.
  2. Review & Approval:
    Our quality control team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  3. Return Shipment:
    If approved, you will be instructed to return the item to our address in Pakistan.
    • All shipping, customs, and handling charges for the return are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Inspection & Resolution:
    Upon receiving the item, we will conduct a detailed inspection. If the defect is verified, we will issue either:
    • A replacement of the same or similar item, or
    • A refund, processed at our discretion.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • If a replacement item is not available, a credit note or refund will be issued.

Exchange Policy

As each piece is crafted to order, we do not offer size or style exchanges once an order is confirmed.
Exchanges will only be entertained for items that are defective or incorrect as received.

International Orders

International customers are welcome to initiate a return for defective items, following the same steps above. However, Ramsha Sami is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or return shipping costs incurred during the exchange process.

Colour & Fabric Disclaimer

Slight variations in colour, texture, or embellishment may occur due to the nature of hand-crafted production and digital display differences. Such variations will not be considered defects and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
